Date Night

So mom went out with the other moms from your class and we had a date night together. You said I could pick whatever restaurant I wanted and that you would be paying. We went to Macaroni Grill and sat at the bar. You had mac and cheese with apple juice and vanilla ice cream and chocolate sauce for desert. I had lasagna. It was one of the best dates that I've ever been on!

Insane Mom

So your mom wants you to go to a private school now. You already go to one of the top elementary schools in the state but she wants you to go to another school. I think she is doing this purely for social reasons because Amanda and Samantha may go there and she can socialize with their parents.

She has you signed up on Tuesday's for Lego Building, Cheerleading and Hula. You really have no time to eat between cheerleading, which ends at 4:30 and Hula which begins at 5:30. Every Tuesday you come home and fall right asleep. Yesterday you hurt your back in cheerleading then had a sore leg at hula. You got home at 7:00 an feel asleep right after taking a bath at 7:30. You had to sleep with a heating pad on your leg. I told your mom that she is killing you and she said she would drop Lego Building! She just doesn't get the concept. I know she just wants to socialize with the other parents and is using you to do it. I wish she would get a clue! Sometimes I wonder about her...

Hawaii

We just got back from Hawaii and you had a good time. The day before you left you were saying you wanted to go home and then when we arrived in LA and were taking the taxi home you said you missed Summer and Kai. I can't figure that one out!

We had a really nice time out there but Aunty Sue told me she was going to get divorced this year. That made me sad. I am ambivalent about Greg but it will bring a major change to Sue and the kids' lives. I hope things work out.
