Long Time no Post

Wow, I haven't written to you in a long time. Sorry about that. I'm having so much fun with you that I just want to spend my time with you. You're with Emma now watching TV since she had a sleep over last night.

You had a field trip to the zoo yesterday and lost your lunch bag. You said it was crazy out there.

You're playing softball and basketball right now. You have your first tournament this coming weekend at the FOR Tournament. I hope you play well or at least have fun playing! You end up hanging out with the B-ball girls all weekend since you have practice on Saturday and a clinic on Sunday. Also, the games are over the weekend.

Softball is fun since there is no pressure. Your dad lost all your gear last week when he left your softball bag at the carwash. He remembered later and went back but it was gone. I had to order all your stuff again online but now your stuff is all cool. I borrowed a glove and helmet from my friends for you but they said it was OK that it got lost since they weren't using it anymore.

The other week of softball you got in the right-handed batter's box and you were facing the umpire. Everyone had a good laugh at that. The funny thing is you had just played a full game the day before and had no problems! When I asked you about it you said the left box is usually clean but that day there were a lot of lefties so both boxes were messed up and you didn't know which one to get into. That's OK baby, I still love you!

You're doing well in school right now. You had a perfect report card except for PE. However, all the parents in your class were complaining about the PE instructor since she doesn't give out any good marks.

You do very well in math. You can do your math worksheets in under a minute. I hope that you can keep it up. You did not do well in reading comprehension so mom is working with you on that.

You must be thinking about your mom and dad's divorce recently because you've been making a few comments about it. On Monday you said you wished that Mommy, Uncle and Daddy could all live together. The on Wednesday, the first thing you said when you woke up was, "I wish Mommy and Daddy weren't divorced." I'm so sorry baby. If it were possible for Mom and Dad to be together again I would gladly leave so that you would be happy. I remember when you were really little and would cry when you went to one or the other's house. If you were at Dad's you would say, "I miss my Mommy!" or vice versa.

My only wish in life is to see you happy. It doesn't matter what sacrifices I would have to make. I love you so much baby!
